Based on your intended outcome, you will be directed to use certain psychic tools and visualizations known to be effective for the healing of self and others.  You will be asked what kind of meditation you would like once the checkout process is complete. 

Examples of how to describe the type of meditation you would like include “deep chakra cleanse”, “morning meditation”, “something to bring in abundance”, “a meditation to make me more psychic”, etc. This is enough information for Dr. Carmen to psychically tap into your specific needs resulting in the perfect meditation for you right here, right now.

While times may vary, Dr. Carmen usually completes Custom Meditations within 7 days. 

The meditation will be sent via email as a downloadable mp.4 audio file.
